This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through the SeekKrr Platform operated by SOLOQUEST PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Non-Refundable Items

Except where required by applicable law, all purchases and subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.

Digital Content Clause: For digital products (Quests), the right to cancel or seek a refund is waived once the user has 'Started' or 'Accessed' the quest content on the Application, except in cases of technical failure where the content is proven to be inaccessible.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order (if applicable to the specific service or physical good being offered).

If you have purchased a service that hasn't been fulfilled or an item that has not been shipped, you may be eligible for cancellation.

3. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

Cancellation requests or complaints can be registered by sending an email to our support team.

Please provide your order details, registered email address, and reason for the request.

4. Refund Processing

In case of any refunds approved by SOLOQUEST PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
