These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SeekKrr mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), provided by SOLOQUEST PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Description of Services
SeekKrr is a gamified quest and travel exploration platform. We provide users with curated, self-guided quests that involve real-world navigation and exploration.
2. User Accounts
To participate in certain features of the Platform (such as taking quests, purchasing items, or creating content), you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information up to date.
Age of Capacity: By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have received parental/guardian consent to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose it to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. User Conduct and Safety
- You agree to use the Platform legally and ethically.
- Real-World Interaction: SeekKrr quests require you to interact with the real world. You agree to abide by all local laws and regulations, respect private property, and remain aware of your surroundings at all times.
- We are not responsible for any injury, accident, or damage resulting from your use of the Platform in the physical world.
- You must not use the Platform while driving or operating heavy machinery.
4. Purchases and Payments
Certain quests and features may require payment. We use third-party payment processors (such as PhonePe). By making a purchase, you agree to their respective terms of service.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your purchases.
- Refunds: Please review our Refund Policy for information regarding refunds.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform is our proprietary property, and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Platform (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

6. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the Platform available. The Platform may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. SOLOQUEST PRIVATE LIMITED and you irrevocably consent that the courts of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOLOQUEST PRIVATE LIMITED from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your real-world conduct during a quest.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or poses a safety risk to other users.
